You have something running. What you do not have is a reliable answer on what it takes to turn it into a system your business can actually operate on, or what that costs. That question is what the assessment answers.

The assessment is built for operating businesses, generally five million in revenue and up, that already have something running. If you are starting from a blank page or the operation is smaller than that, say so on the first call and we will tell you honestly whether this is worth your money.

Deliverables

1. Current-state audit. A written account of what you have today, what breaks first, and at what volume.
2. Target architecture. Stack, data model, integration points, hosting plan and security posture, documented.
3. Build specification. Detailed enough that any competent development firm could execute against it.
4. Fixed-price build quote. Broken into modules with prices, timeline and recommended sequence.
5. Risk register. What is uncertain, what depends on third parties, and what could move the estimate.
6. Ninety-minute readout. We walk you through all of it and answer questions live.

The technical spike

Week one includes eight to twelve hours of engineering against whatever the riskiest unknown turns out to be. Whether an API actually exposes the data you need. Whether legacy records migrate cleanly. Whether the calculation logic survives real volume. That is why the build price that comes out of this is fixed rather than an estimate that moves.

The credit

The full $10,000 credits against the build if you sign within 60 days of the readout, on builds of $50,000 or more. And if you read the specification and take it to another firm or to your own team, that is fine. You paid for it. It is yours.
